It was a throwdown on the mountain tonight...

and I had every intention of posting the torchlight parade or a fireworks picture but...I decided that Mother Nature was the overall winner of the gold! There is an inversion at play here and the town lies beneath a layer of cloud leaving the mountains floating on that bed. The fireworks were awesome as was the parade but in my mind, no contest!
