While most people are at home in bed asleep, the people here at work in Ratcliffe-on-Sore power station are hard at work.

The station is owner and operated by E.ON uk. The plant was brought online in 1968 and generates over 2000MW of electricity.

It's the 18th highest CO2 emitting power station in Europe. Emitting 8-10 tonnes annually!!
