Cutting The Mustard

My first time making mustard. First batch was not good. Second is much better. A few more tweaks and I might have something I really like. This is all part of an effort for a dinner party we are hosting this weekend. The theme is "Oktoberfest" and each of the guests have a dish or two they bring to the meal. This is only our second such dinner but the first was such fun. The mustard is meant for Kim's pretzels but It's a bit spicy so it might be better for the sausages.
