Swimming in the morning, football in the afternoon. On first impressions Arlo has my footballing talent, poor lad. Hopefully he'll discover some of his grandad Ronnie's skills at some point.

Been listening to a lot of The Wave Pictures this evening, trying to decide whether or not to head and see them at Wee Red Bar in a couple of weeks time. Very old-school, shambolic, romantic indie. Might give them a punt.
