El Camarero Es Muy Guapo

The title of this "Teach Yourself ..." book is proving something of a misnomer, although I'm beginning to pick up one or two handy phrases. we're spending a month in Spain in early Summer, so I thought I'd try to learn enough Spanish to be able to get by.

I've got to Week 2 and, at the moment, I'll be OK as long as we sit in seats 4a & b "en el avion", but I'll have to pretend I work with computers if anyone asks. Mrs F is also keen to choose a restaurant where the waiter is good looking so that I can use the title phrase of this blip. More importantly, I know how to ask where the toilets are!

I haven't yet found out how to say Birmingham 0 Yeovil 2. Still, another 4 weeks to go yet before I've cracked it!
