Book Worm

Currently, I have four books in progress which is a bit stressful. All but one are non-fiction which is odd - I'm typically a fiction reader and 90 percent of the novels I've read this year have been fiction.

Currently, I have:

The Friday Night Knitting Club by Kate Jacobs in the trunk of my car (for emergencies when I'm caught somewhere without entertainment. It's pretty much the equivelent of a lifetime movie for women in book form.)

A Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson in the living room.

The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals by Michael Pollan in my purse.


Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln by Doris Kearns Goodwin on my nightstand.

Last week, I finished The Time Traveler's Wife via audiobook/iPod and uploaded The Brief Wonderous Life of Oscar Wao. Ack, I need to take a vacation from work so I can catch up!

This is pretty much a cop out shot. Bad lighting. Lack of inspiration. Tomorrow I'll do better.
