3 birds with one iconic image...

Today I felt the urge to do battle with the elements. So I donned my Nikes and ran into Gourock, where I'd left my car last night. But I took the long, hard, hilly route and stopped at the top of Lyle Hill to blip the iconic Free French Memorial.

Killing three birds with one stone gave me an enormous sense of well being.

This morning I'd wished I was inAdelaide, spending time with my loved ones and watching Team Sky compete in the cycling Tour Down Under.

Now I'm glad I'm right here
