Cross country

Here is Josh running for his school today. He was dreading it because he hasn't run much lately and had never run in a school cross country event. The smile afterwards said that it was alright, mud and all.

I have wonderful memories of school cross country and it is a pleasure to see Josh run.

The football was off due to waterlogged pitches and so the timing of the cross country could not have been better.
