Team spirit

my son is taking part in children's fencing competitions, and i'm accompanying the girls' team as their carer

so i didnt really get a chance to see my son play and win, as he did, finishing 23rd in rank out of 72 entrants, which is not really bad (a course in anger management might also be helpful for him...)

but if i were to choose a photo for the day, i'd say this is the one - the top player in the girls' team (nearly 13) is encouraging the youngest in the team while the coach looks on after the little one (nearly 10) was beaten, and she told her that one day she will grow older and beat the younger kids too
