Race track?

We have a lot of road construction going on near our house as the Dept. of Transportation widens the roadway and builds a new 520 bridge across Lake Washington. My husband, being an engineering type, likes to go down and look at the state of construction which is moving so very slowly. Tonight, we walked right around "rush hour". The Seattle-bound traffic was not really "rushing" as the roadway was more like a parking lot. The Eastbound lanes were moving.
