Two (2) candle lights x 100 = 200 Blips

It has been a very hectic week - so, I haven't had the time to plan anything special for my 200th Blip. I spotted these lights in the car park in the town centre. It was 14:45 and this was the only set of lights in the whole car park that was lit - sometimes things are just meant to be - I thought these two lights would fit with the occasion of my 200th blip.
