Skylarks!

It feels like it's far too early, but, on our walk today I firstly heard one, then another skylark......great, a pair hopefully. I was so delighted as it's definitely a sign of spring to me.

As we continued I heard and saw more and more pairs. What had started off as a dull walk with rain threatening turned into a beautifully sunny one. I don't carry all my lenses with me so I took the best shot I could of the countryside hoping to get one or two birds in aswell.
In this shot, there's just the one, right in the centre if you can spot it!?

I'm going to become a full member today so it may be seen large, better for spotting the skylark.
