Teddy bears in a glass cabinet

A public library of Espoo was displaying endearing teddybears from a private collector. They told that the international Teddy Bear Day has been celebrated in Nordic public libraries for eleven years. The Teddy Bear Day is celebrated on president "Teddy" Roosevelt´s birthday, October 27th. You know that Roosevelt took part in a bear hunt but refused to shoot a cub.
In Internet I saw that somewhere else the Teddy Bear Day was 9.9.2009 or at other times. They´re worth it.
