Mitten-competition in our little town Norrtälje, Sweden.
The owner of our local yarn shop started a differently competition - our town's own mitten. The only rule was to create a mitten with connection to our town.
This mitten has a lot of specialities from our town.
As of today you can see all the mittens at our local library, in the middle of next month we will see which one is the winner.
Marie, the owner of our yarn shop, has a lot of fine and different ideas.
Right now we knit blankets for newborn babies in Ethiopia and when she opened the mitten-competition today she talked about the next idea: maybe a Norrtälje-sock?
