Small But Perfectly Formed

Andy Murray is through to the next round of the Australian Open Tennis - hooray! I indulged in watching most of his match on TV. A bit different from the one-day cricket last evening in which the Aussies beat England once again!

I spotted this lovely little plant today, thriving on a dry slope - its intricate blooms are only around 2cm across yet so elaborately formed. It is some type of succulent though I've not been able to find anything like it on Google - can anyone suggest an identification?
