Case of the Mondays

It's Monday already and my motivation seems to have vanished along with the weekend. The one thing that really went my way today? I received my cable/internet bill in the mail and was not happy to see that it went up by $15. I called the company, talked to a wonderful customer service representative who helped me lower my original bill by an additional $10. Great! That's my one piece of advise for the blippers of the world... when you get a service bill that you think is too high, call the company - They almost always negotiate the price in your favor.
