This - Pre-Dawn Crew

The shipyard down the street from my house is a beehive of activity at zero dark thirty (it was 6:30 AM and they'd been on the job since about 5) and it is so wonderful to have real industrial work happening so close. Those of us who value a shipyard and hope that a traditional Lake Union industry hangs in on the city lake that keeps getting more tame, are hopeful that this will never change. I had a tour of this shipyard a couple of years ago and got some photos - not anywhere what is possible. But it is off limits, hard hats only and not open for shoots.

Anyway, I got this without a tripod with high ISO - and it worked okay! From the street.

I did come back to say look at large - there is more to see!
