Mr NME in action

I introduced Mr NME, a.k.a. Mr No More Excuse, two days ago, and today I took him to the fitness center where he wasted no time in making friends ... with the set of weights.
That bunch was a little too heavy for me so I settled for biking, gotta get in shape, the next bike ride I signed up for is in April.
