Manged to get out for a quick spin at lunch time. A necessity to soak up just a few rays when they are here. Really need to get some exercise in. Think I slipped into bad habits over the festive period!! Cake lady arrived today and I couldn't say no.....malty bars mmm should be naughty bars full of everything that's bad but tastes wonderful ooo and an apple danish to finish it off......
Now washed it all down with some lovely vino......... oopsie
Really need to find more work.....either a couple of extra days somewhere that fits with what I do now or complete change??? Lets see what happens...
