Had a quiet day at work today and a need to get knackered, so paid an extra visit to the gym for some cardio. I hadn't been on a proper rowing machine before and spent half an hour mostly concentrating on extending the right limbs at the right time, so only put proper effort on for the last 10 minutes. I think I should try and do this on a regular basis though, it's a good all body workout.
