Bus & Crane Sunrise, Victoria, London

Day 17 of 365. This is one of the first sights I see when I get off my train in the morning. This part of Victoria is under serious redevelopment - a whole huge block has been pulled down and the building work has been going on for months. Along with Crossrail and the expansion of Victoria Station with a new ticket hall it all seems in a constant state of flux, with lots of workers in bright orange safety gear walking around.
As for work today I was seriously affected by yet more building work going on right next to my studio (which is in a basement) - the noise and vibrations were so loud I could feel the walls almost humming! Luckily, I can play music so I had to turn it up very loud to try and drown it out - a mixture of Kate Bush, Cat Power and Rilo Kiley seemed to do the trick!
