Big fat raspberries

I am feeling wiped out, probably my extremely crappy diet as I am the world's unhealthiest vegetarian. In bed at 6.30pm last night and looking like the same tonight. Even my Timmy Mallet's wife disguise can't cheer me up. The count down to being the newbie at Oldmeldrum yoga next week has started, hopefully that will fix me, or break me; it will definitely unleash some hot air I bet.

In other news I have an injured lady chaffinch in an old cat food box in my bedroom. You mean you don't? I'm hoping to release it back to the big wild yonder tomorrow, but no doubt she will be dawn chorusing it up from 4.30am like the last one we rescued. Sigh, first world problems eh?

Sam's having the first of two successive late birthday sleepovers tonight, his pals, the twins, are currently shouting manically at the xbox.
