Bridge "De Hef" (Koningshavenbrug). Rotterdam.

De Hef is the name used by the People from Rotterdam. The official name is "Koningshavenbrug". ( bridge over Kings Harbour) The bridge was originally (1878) a swing bridge but because of lack of space for passing ship, the middle part of the bridge was converted to a lift bridge.

The bridge is no longer in use and open for ships.
