Hangover Pasta

Thursday nights are the big ones here up in St Anton which is always a problem as Friday nights are also big = 2 nights in a row! No skiing for me today unfortunately, don't think the hangover would have been able to hack it and the snow has melted a crazy amount already.

Pasta was necessary for lunch today as my comfort food but missing my mums Macaroni cheese :( seeing her tomorrow and I can't wait!!
