Lone Love Bird

There is quite a story to this beautiful Love Bird - it was part of a flock released by a neighbour (reasons unknown) and then another irate neighbour asked a person to catch them as they were eating all the birdseed on their feeding trays and frightening the other birds away. This was duly done, and I think this is the lone survivor who visits my feeding tray often. I don't mind - it is a pretty bird!
