Salisbury Cathedral Chapter House

The Chapter House is being used to house the temporary restaurant whilst new kitchens are installed. What a great place to sit and have lunch. I like the way the sun is projecting the colours from the stained glass windows onto the top of the central column.

The chapter house also displays the best-preserved of the four surviving original copies of the Magna Carta which was signed by King John in Runnymede in 1215.
