Thank you all so much for your lovely comments on my 300th Blip yesterday. It really has gone so quickly...

I have had a visit to the dentist today to remove a very old crown. I'm now sitting with a big piece of gauze in my mouth and unable to speak without slurring and dribbling. No exercise for 24 hours ( it was never going to happen!) and no heavy lifting ( that I'm assuming is the ironing basket...) so it can't all be bad.
