January!
Day 12 of my (I had to delay until I went back to work!) diet and I'm struggling without my biscuits. I know they're bad for me. I know I have to climb Everest after 1 chocolate Hobnob. But they just give me that little boost that my brain tells me I need. Twaddle, I hear you all say. And I know it's only a habit. I will resist for now and go for a run instead. Just maybe not Everest quite yet!
