Pudding On A Plank

I took my wife out on a date tonight to the Red Lion in Pendoylan. We've been wanting to try it for ages and heard such good things about it. Most of it turned out to be true. We had a stunning meal. I had an excellent steak and chips.

The pudding was quite exciting as you can see. Chocolate brownie on a plank!
