Hiding Heron

Today is day 11 of the #100happydayschallenge. So many reasons to be happy today.
J was off work
Although the girls are too noisy for a lay in, I did get the luxury of actually laying for a whole before getting up (thanks j)
A lunchtime Bootcamp session as J was there to have L (thanks j)
Saw this heron while I was waiting for session to start (sorry iPhone pic quality)
Good news about a friend and her scan, all was well
And afternoon walk watching l absolutely whizz among on her balance bike
No arguments, now bedtime battles, no nightmares (ref kids)
