Home Again

Blistering hot 3 hour drive home this afternoon from my week away in Apollo Bay.
I was happy to see my plants had survived the unbelievable weather this week and picked this beautiful pink one to blip tonight.
If anyone knows what it is I'd love to know (I'm not too great with plant names) :)
