Banana pancake
I continue monitoring the Bangkok street life.
Have you ever tasted a Thai banana pancake? Well, first you need to take a handful of dough, flatten it to a thin layer that fits the cooking flat stove. While it is cooking, you add an egg or two, cut a banana into slices, pour a little bit of liquid chocolate and then fold the pancake into a square bundle. When it is cooked, put it in a paper plate, cut the pancake into tiny cubes and at the end add a little bit of Nestlé sweet milk. Serve it with a pick or two and it is ready to savor. Delicious, uh!
