Clear Sky!

Mount Torlesse

The day dawned with a clear sky and I saw the moon setting. A close-up of it sitting on the hill didn't work as it's not a photogenic hill when you get close.

I was pleased with another shot taken from the same place, but in a different direction, of  Dalethorp Road. See extra shot.

Clouds came later, and the wind was bitterly cold, considering  yesterday's heat. By sunset the sky was clear again and I took the precaution of covering my beans and outdoor zucchini plants. A frost in January is not unknown.
