Nga Manu

This is a nature reserve in Waikanae which we all visited this afternoon. It was a beautiful hot day here and the kids had a wonderful time feeding the birds there. Finishing up with feeding the native NZ eels and getting to touch them.

A stop off at Raumati for a fun hour at the splash park which cooled them all off before heading home.

This is a group of Canadian Geese who hissed at the ducks trying to take their food.

It was also wonderful to see baby Pukoko chicks but they were very shy and I didn't get a good photo of them.
