In Charge of the Sucker

Tuesday started off rather normal, but that was only to last through the morning. Then I picked up Sugar around lunch time from school, and headed off to a nearby town for her 6 month dental appointment. We swung in to my parent's house for a bathroom break on the way. It was certainly different to be at their house in the middle of the day in the middle of the week. I hadn't mentioned that we'd be stopping by, so it was a fun surprise.

We got into town a bit early so we could go to Costco and get a few things. We don't have a Costco in our town, so this is always a treat.

The dental office was running behind schedule, so we had a pretty long wait to be seen. Sugar had a great appointment, though. She continues to have no decay.....her teeth look great, and she is doing a wonderful taking care of them. Here she is getting her teeth cleaned. She rather enjoys being in charge of the spit sucker. :)

We head home as soon as her appointment was out, and didn't walk through the door until 7pm. It was a bit of a long day. One of the happy surprises was Sugar was excited to read her book in truck while we rode along.
