Family History

I visited with a dear friend today and after all our catching up, I asked her advice about repairing this quilt...I was afraid it would compromise it's integrity and she agreed. Her suggestion...put it on a table...so I did. The quilt is at least 63 years old...made by my paternal great-grandmother. So, it seems fitting that I put it on a table made by my dad...albeit it a small telephone table which I use as nightstands. The photos on the wall were made by either my oldest daughter or her daughter, my granddaughter. Love the fact that family history is continuing to be made and displayed!
