Katie stayed home today. We did playmobil, we did drawing, she played dress up and babies. She ate a mountain of food. We went for babyccinos. We loved being together for another extra day. Not much work done, but we didn't much care!

She was soooooo excited to be back to Thursday ballet. That particular class hasn't been on for nearly a month. She did some brilliant ballet today. Kept up with some steps quite a bit higher than her class' grading. Overall, the class has been made a bit tougher and it was lovely to see her quite quickly picking up combinations of a little trickier steps. Then being super proud of herself. They did barre work. She looked incredibly tiny next to the rest of her class at the barre. Such a happy chicky the whole class!

Our train was delayed so at Katie's request we went for cheesy sweetcorn from the stall before heading home and snuggling down with our books. She was very excited - Aslan had started creating narnia last night and today he made the animals. We are both equally enjoying this addition to the bedtime reading!
