These may look like pretty, colorful lights but they are the source of some frustration here today. This is the front of the router provided by my internet company and those amber lights indicate loss of connectivity for our internet, phone and TV services. It seems they detected an 'unusually strong signal' coming from our home and shut off our service because it was interfering with their network. Now we're cut off until tomorrow morning, the earliest time a technician can come take a look. I sure wish the guy who was here turning off the connection would have tried knocking on our door to take a look at the time.

So now I have time to sit and contemplate how dependent we've become on that internet connectivity. I work from home so this has definitely created a problem for me today: there's only so much I can accomplish using an iPhone.

At least I'm still able to Blip :).
