ELAN

I had a call from the library the other day letting me know an item I'd ordered had been delivered. When I arrived, these eight books, plus four CDs were sitting on the shelf. I hate having a pile of books waiting to be read, it makes me feel quite edgy for some reason, as if I have to read quickly to try and get through them all. In preparation for our trip, I've made a start with the Iceland journal, alongside one of the Don DeLillo's; an author I've been meaning to read for years but never got round to.
