Losing the light
An early start this morning meant that I really wanted to go back to bed when I got home, but the phone wouldn't let me. I had a second run to the pier in the afternoon and the next thing I knew, the day was ending and I hadn't got a single shot off yet. The feral cat had been witnessed lodging in the stable for the last couple of days, during the 'inclement' weather, so when I took him/her a saucer of fishy cat-food I also took the camera with me. Typically, it wasn't at home so I the only option I had left was just to rattle off some pictures of the land. Nothing fancy in the growing gloom, or even interesting. I was prepared to shoot some mould on the spare bedroom wall if I hadn't made the effort to go outside, so I'll leave it up to you to decide whether or not you've managed to dodge the bullet this time around. Tomorrow's will rock your world. Or maybe it won't.
