Misty Eyed Moments

It's wonderful when you get some time to take stock and begin to build links with other countries.

We delivered a presentation today about what we'd been up to over the last year. It struck me that it's no wonder we're all tired in January, and it's just as busy this side of the year, it would be good if we had another few pairs of hands though, just to help out occasionally.

Never mind there's no devil's work here so all is good and we got a gold star for our learner involvement work, so in keeping with the tradition we had a cup of tea with some cake, said thanks and bid our visitors a brief farewell. They'll be back.

Equalities are of paramount importance to SLP, and my colleagues from Europe can't quite believe what happens here, mind you sometimes neither can I.
