More tea, Vicar?

Post festive season, I have a lot of random ingredients lurking in my kitchen. So I'm going to spend the next few days using them up. Some imagination may be required.

Just taken these orange and cranberry muffins out of the oven, made using leftover cranberry sauce and a forgotten satsuma that has been staring dolefully at me from the fruit bowl.

I forgot, however, that when I made the cranberry sauce I put in enough Prosecco to anaesthetise a small hippo. Time for an afternoon nap...
