Wasp Nest

Met up with the normal crew for a morning walk, Juno ran around and we all chatted.
Interesting we discussed Mindfulness courses, several time this week I have chatted about this.

Work was a full of mind.

Coaching tonight, it was wet and I was late for the first session, the older girls did superb and we had a really good session. Shaping working on front 2 defence.

Home and I went to check a couple of things in the roof, it is just a crawl space. I spotted some wasp nests and then this very big one.
