My good lady's new year resolution - to cook every recipe in her new cook book. My resolution - to eat every recipe in her cookbook.
Win win.

This is a version of shepherds pie; but with stewed meat instead of mince, and exotic triple coloured toppings made from parsley, sweet potato and plain potatoes.. Delicious.
