A bit drained

Not a good night's sleep last night. Was meant to be meeting up with Mila, a Spanish friend this morning, but there was a mutual cancellation phone call: she was hoarse and feeling bad and I was relieved to be able to try and get a bit of sleep when I should really have been up. I did, but not a lot, and not quality sleep. As a result, a bit of a blah day. Grateful for a cup of tea and slice of homemade banana loaf - two little slices actually, as you can see from the crumbs here.
