Shuttlecocks

Today a very competitive day of badminton with EP. Last week we played for the first time in many years and had a great hour of fun and the same was had today! It's also helping in exercising my co-ordination and balance!

This evening we went to the cinema to see 'The Railway Man'. What a powerful film and an incredible story. Do see it if you can but be warned, you will need to take a box of tissues!
