Marmalade

Today, we have, mostly, been making marmalade.

Delia Smith's classic recipe.

Now, it's a bit of a faff, using 'real' oranges (You can use tinned, apparently). But it seems to have worked.

it was Roo's project, obviously, I am her sous-chef, I devised the best way of cutting the peel, but she engineered the boiling cauldron thing.

Pity you can't taste it.
