Rainbow over Madeira

Catching up with back blips. Now that our mini-laptop has been updated it seems able to read my camera card, which it couldn't yesterday!

This was our first view of the island from the plane as we approached to land. It's our third visit to Madeira and our second in January. The locals are complaining about how cold it is, and it certainly is cooler than last year. And mostly cloudy. Still summer-clothes weather, though.

And just good to get away from decorating, and wet wind weather for a few days.
