A question of balance.

I actually fell off my chair today!

My physio gave me this squashed ball cushion thingy to help with my posture whilst sitting at my desk to help with a pain in my lower back. Been using it for a few of months now and it does seem to be making a difference. I'm gradually building up the time I sit on it as it can be quite hard work as it's constantly working my core muscles.

However I discovered today that it really isn't a good idea to birl around on your chair whilst balancing on top of a cushion full of air.... especially as everyone that you're on a Skype conference call with can hear you crash to the floor!
