Will power

Another day in Washington, and I went out for my evening walk (yup - you heard right - a nice brisk walk each evening!)

And as I was walking, I came upon a Krispy Kreme donut store.

Not only that - but they were baking a new batch as the red neon light was on....and if it's on, you can walk in and get a FREE DONUT! Beautifully hot!

You can see them just as they are coming out of the sugar glazing conveyor belt.

Remembering my diet....I walked on by....

I was pleased with myself tonight.
